  • cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoons Sriracha or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoons honey
  • parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Mix diced chicken, oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until the chicken is evenly coated.
  2. Thread 4-5 chicken cubes onto each skewer. (Soak skewers in cold water for 30 minutes before use to prevent burning.)
  3. In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until well combined, yielding approximately 1 ¾ cups of bang bang sauce.
  4. Divide the sauce in half; place one portion in a separate bowl for later use. Brush the remaining sauce evenly over the chicken skewers.
  5. Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes.
  6. Arrange the skewers in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary based on your air fryer's size.
  7. Air fry at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  8. Once done, transfer the skewers to a plate, generously brush them with the reserved bang bang sauce, and sprinkle parsley on top.
