- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until they turn pink.
- Stir in the garlic and red pepper flakes, then cook for 1 minute.
- Add the chicken broth and spaghetti and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Lower the heat and simmer for approximately 10 minutes until the pasta is al dente.
- Mix in the heavy cream and parsley, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the dish while warm.
