- Melt the butter using a stovetop or microwave, then stir in the garlic and red pepper flakes.
- Combine the chicken, olive oil, chicken base, and seasonings in a large skillet, stirring until the meat is evenly coated.
- Sear the chicken over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, then pour in the garlic butter and stir for 30-60 seconds while scraping the pan. Mix in the parmesan and parsley, toss to coat, and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165°F before serving warm.

If you aren’t familiar with chicken base it is a paste style bullion that adds tons of rich chicken flavor. The most common brand of chicken base is Better Than Bullion, but any brand will work.
Substitutions:
- Chicken: Boneless, skinless chicken thighs also work well.
