Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 oz frozen fruit any fruit
  • 6-8 oz milk any milk: almond milk, oat milk, coconut milk, dairy milk, etc.

Method
 

  1. Fill blender or smoothie cup with frozen fruit (never go beyond the "fill" line on the cup).
  2. Add milk of choice to the fill line of smoothie cup or just to enough to cover frozen fruit.
  3. Blend until desired thickness.
