- Coat the slow cooker with non-stick spray or insert a liner.
- Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, water, vinegar, and garlic in a bowl.
- Arrange the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 to 7 hours.
