Ingredients
  

  • 15 1/4 oz yellow cake mix
  • 4 ripe bananas mashed

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until very soft.
  2. Add the dry cake mix to the bowl and mix until well blended.
  3. Grease a muffin tin or use liners, then scoop the batter into the tin.
  4. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, then let cool and remove from the tin to enjoy.
