Notes

Ingredient Swap: I often use frozen berries when fresh aren't in season, just thaw them first and drain the excess liquid so your parfait doesn't get watery.
Storage Tip: If you need to store these, keep the granola and nuts separate in a small bag and add them just before eating to maintain their delightful crunch.
Make-
Ahead Advice: You can layer everything except the granola the night before, which I find lets the flavors meld beautifully without sacrificing texture.
Common Mistake: A heavy hand with the sweetener can mask the tang of the yogurt.
I always taste the yogurt layer first and adjust, as some brands are tarter than others.
Serving Suggestion: For a special breakfast, I love serving these in wide-mouthed mason jars with a long spoon, it makes the layers look so inviting.
Equipment Note: Any clear glass or cup works, but I prefer something with straight sides to show off all the beautiful layers.
