Method
- Unwrap the frozen chicken thighs.
- Combine the paprika, Italian seasoning, onion granules, garlic granules, salt, black pepper, and olive oil in a small bowl.
- Coat all sides of the frozen chicken thighs thoroughly with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring there is space between each piece.
- Cook the chicken in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
- Turn the chicken thighs over and continue cooking for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (75°C).
- Take the chicken out of the air fryer and allow it to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Flavor Boost: I often swap the regular paprika for the smoked variety because it adds a wonderful depth that makes the chicken taste like it came off a backyard grill.
