Preparation
- Sauté the extra-lean ground beef and taco seasoning in a medium skillet over medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes until fully cooked and browned.
- Stack four large flour tortillas, place a tostada in the center, and cut around it with a sharp knife to create four smaller circular tortillas.
- Place a generous scoop of seasoned ground beef onto the center of a large tortilla.
- Drizzle with nacho cheese, place a tostada on top, and add sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced plum tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
- Fold the edges of the large tortilla over the smaller tortilla to encase the filling in a hexagon shape.
- Spritz a heated skillet with cooking spray, place the crunchwrap seam-side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the Crunchwrap Supreme from the skillet and cut it in half to reveal the layers.
