Preparation
  1. Sauté the extra-lean ground beef and taco seasoning in a medium skillet over medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes until fully cooked and browned.
  2. Stack four large flour tortillas, place a tostada in the center, and cut around it with a sharp knife to create four smaller circular tortillas.
  3. Place a generous scoop of seasoned ground beef onto the center of a large tortilla.
  4. Drizzle with nacho cheese, place a tostada on top, and add sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced plum tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
  5. Fold the edges of the large tortilla over the smaller tortilla to encase the filling in a hexagon shape.
  6. Spritz a heated skillet with cooking spray, place the crunchwrap seam-side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove the Crunchwrap Supreme from the skillet and cut it in half to reveal the layers.
