Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons keto taco seasoning
  • ¼ cup water
  • 4 large ripe avocados
  • 4 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
  • Shredded lettuce diced tomato, sliced black olives, sour cream, for topping

Method
 

  1. Add ground beef to a skillet and cook, crumbling it as it browns.
  2. Drain grease from the beef. Sprinkle on taco seasoning, add water, and stir to coat the meat. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the water evaporates.
  3. Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit. Use a spoon to hollow out the avocado, leaving a border of flesh around the skin for structure.
  4. Spoon the beef into the avocado shell.
  5. Dice the removed avocado and sprinkle it over the filled avocados, along with other desired toppings.
  6. Serve immediately.
