- Combine radishes and parsley in a small serving bowl. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then toss to coat.

Notes
Slicing Style: I prefer using a mandoline to get paper-thin slices because they soak up the lemon juice beautifully, but a sharp knife works just fine for a heartier, rustic crunch
