Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large head iceberg lettuce rinsed, dried and chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes quartered
  • 1 small red onion diced
  • ¼ cup chopped pickles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Big Mac sauce
  • croutons optional
  • sesame seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it into pieces with a spoon or ChopStir as it cooks.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, then sauté until the beef is fully browned and cooked through.
  3. Drain any excess fat and set the beef aside.
  4. Prepare the vegetables while the beef cooks and set them aside.
  5. Place the lettuce in a large serving bowl or distribute it among four individual bowls.
  6. Top the lettuce with the cooked beef, tomatoes, red onion, chopped pickles, and cheese.
  7. Drizzle the Big Mac sauce over the assembled salad.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the dressing and add croutons if desired before serving.
