Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1/2 cup of marinara sauce in a mixing bowl and fold gently until uniform.
  2. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon of Italian seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper, then adjust seasonings to taste.
Assembly
  1. Transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe bowl, then layer with 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella and 1/4 cup of pepperoni slices.
Cooking
  1. Microwave for 1–2 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly, or broil for an additional 1–2 minutes for a crispier finish.
