  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang Korean chili paste, adjust for spice level.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice White or brown rice.
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1-2 tablespoons Chipotle in Adobo Sauce Adjust for spice level.
  • 1 lime Lime Juice Juice of one lime.
  • to taste Salt

Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  2. Drain any excess fat. Stir in soy sauce, honey, gochujang, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the beef is well coated and heated through.
  3. Combine cooked rice with rice vinegar and sesame seeds in a medium bowl. Mix well.
  4. Whisk together sour cream, chipotle in adobo sauce, lime juice, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl until smooth.
  5. Divide the rice among bowls. Top with the spicy beef mixture. Drizzle with chipotle lime crema. Garnish with chopped green onions and any additional toppings like sliced avocado, fresh cilantro, and lime wedges.
  6. Enjoy your Spicy Beef Rice Bowls warm, with extra crema on the side if desired.
