- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.

- Pour the tomato mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker, ensuring it coats all the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker and stir everything together before serving.

Ingredient Swap: I've had great success swapping the heavy cream for full-fat coconut milk when I'm looking for a dairy-free option, it adds a lovely subtle sweetness too.
