Method
- Lightly season chicken wings with all spices. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside while preparing the bang bang sauce, or refrigerate for up to 6 hours.
- Pour half of the bang bang sauce over the wings, ensuring all are thoroughly coated.
- Cook chicken in batches if necessary, depending on your air fryer's size.
- Place chicken in a single layer into the air fryer basket, optionally lining it with parchment paper.
- Air fry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Flip each wing, then air fry for an additional 6-8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove wings from the basket and place them on a serving tray.
- Drizzle wings with hot honey and sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro.
- Serve with the remaining bang bang sauce for dipping.
- Enjoy!

Notes
Ingredient Swap:
I always encourage playing with the Sriracha in the bang bang sauce: sometimes I'm feeling extra fiery, sometimes I dial it back a bit for a milder kick.
