Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Chicken Wings
  • Garlic Salt
  • Onion Powder
  • Paprika
  • Cayenne
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 3/4 cup Asian Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/4-1/2 cup Sriracha depending on spice level desired
  • Hot Honey
  • Fresh Cilantro

Method
 

  1. Lightly season chicken wings with all spices. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside while preparing the bang bang sauce, or refrigerate for up to 6 hours.
  2. Pour half of the bang bang sauce over the wings, ensuring all are thoroughly coated.
  3. Cook chicken in batches if necessary, depending on your air fryer's size.
  4. Place chicken in a single layer into the air fryer basket, optionally lining it with parchment paper.
  5. Air fry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Flip each wing, then air fry for an additional 6-8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Remove wings from the basket and place them on a serving tray.
  7. Drizzle wings with hot honey and sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro.
  8. Serve with the remaining bang bang sauce for dipping.
