Method
- Preheat the oven.
- Set the oven to 190°C (375°F) fan and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the broccoli.
- Place the broccoli florets in a heap on the prepared baking sheet.
- Season and toss.
- Drizzle olive oil over the broccoli, then sprinkle with garlic salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Toss with your hands until the florets are evenly coated.
- Add the cheese.
- Spread the broccoli into a single layer and sprinkle grated parmesan evenly over the top.
- Roast.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender with lightly browned and crisp edges.
- Serve.
- Serve hot, optionally drizzled with hot sauce for extra heat.

Garlic Swap: I sometimes skip the garlic salt and mince a couple of fresh garlic cloves, tossing them right with the broccoli and oil.
