  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Paprika Smoked paprika for deeper flavor
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. Combine Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  6. Cool slightly before serving.
