- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- Whisk honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and lemon juice in a shallow bowl until the mixture is smooth.
- Combine chopped parsley, dill, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until evenly mixed.
- Brush the marinade over the top of each salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet.
- Press the herb mixture firmly onto the surface of each glazed fillet.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12 to 15 minutes or until the crust reaches a golden brown color.
- Let the baked fillets rest on the pan for 2 minutes before serving.
