  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup chicken broth (halal)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Reduce heat in the same skillet and add minced garlic, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the skillet. Add dairy-free cooking cream and Italian seasoning. Stir and simmer for approximately 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Return the cooked pasta and sautéed chicken to the skillet. Toss until thoroughly coated in the sauce. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  5. Plate the dish and garnish with fresh parsley.
