Notes

Shrimp Prep: I always make sure to pat my shrimp completely dry with paper towels before tossing them in the oil and spices because any extra moisture will steam the shrimp instead of giving them that perfect snap I love.
Tortilla Variations: While I used flour tortillas here for their softness, I often swap in corn tortillas when I want a more traditional flavor and a bit more texture after that final minute in the air fryer.
Cooking Technique: It is tempting to dump everything in at once, but I have found that keeping the shrimp in a single layer is the secret to getting them evenly cooked and slightly charred in just a few minutes.
Serving Suggestion: I never skip the fresh lime juice at the very end because the acidity really cuts
