- Rub the cut side of a peeled garlic clove over one side of each hot toast slice to infuse flavor.
- Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.
- Mash the avocado gently with a fork to achieve a chunky, rustic texture rather than a smooth paste.
- Add lime juice, chopped cilantro, diced red onion, sea salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
- Fold the mixture until just combined, then taste and adjust the seasoning with additional salt or lime juice as needed.
- Divide the avocado mixture between the toast slices and spread it to the edges using the back of a spoon.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with red pepper flakes and sea salt, and serve immediately.
