Ingredients
  

  • 1 batch Easy Taco Meat
  • 3 Haas avocados
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes chopped
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • Optional: sour cream for the topping

Method
 

  1. Prepare a batch of Easy Taco Meat. While the meat cooks, prepare the remaining ingredients.
  2. Halve each avocado and remove some of the flesh. Save the removed flesh for guacamole or season it with olive oil and everything bagel seasoning.
  3. Fill each avocado half with taco meat. Top with tomatoes, cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, and an optional dollop of sour cream.
  4. Serve immediately. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a few days.
