  • 1 cup Grated Cheese A blend of cheddar works particularly well.
  • ¼ cup Green Onion Finely chopped for even distribution.
  • 1 spray Olive Oil Spray Helps achieve a crispy texture without excess fat.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix chopped cooked chicken, minced garlic, light mayonnaise, light Greek yogurt, hot sauce, and salt until well blended.
  2. Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of grated cheese on the lower third of the wrap.
  3. Spoon about ⅔ cup of the chicken mixture over the cheese. Top with additional cheese and chopped green onions.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom to secure the filling.
  5. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Lightly spray with olive oil.
  6. Place the wraps seam-side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Carefully flip the wraps. Cover the pan and cook for another 3-4 minutes until crispy and the cheese is fully melted.
  8. Remove the rolls from the pan. Slice in half and serve hot.
