Method
- Place the cut chicken in the bottom of a 6-quart crock pot.
- Squeeze the liquid from the thawed spinach.
- Place the spinach on top of the chicken.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a mixer until completely combined.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture over everything. Gently mix it with the spinach and chicken using a stirring spatula until well combined, scraping the sides of the insert to prevent any cream cheese mixture from remaining above the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours. Stir once or twice throughout the cooking time.
