Method
- Prepare Parmesan Mayo Crust.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well incorporated. Set aside.
How to cook salmon in the air fryer:
- Season salmon generously with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.
- Place salmon, skin-side down, into the air fryer basket.
- Using a basting brush, spread the Parmesan Mayo mixture evenly onto the fillet until fully covered. Do not spread too thickly.
- Close the air fryer lid.
- Turn on the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Add an extra 2 minutes for flakier or thicker salmon, but check at 10 minutes.
- Carefully remove the Parmesan-crusted salmon from the air fryer and serve.
