Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Hellmann's Mayo
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried Dill
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • small squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1 salmon fillet approx 1 pound

Method
 

  1. Prepare Parmesan Mayo Crust.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well incorporated. Set aside.
How to cook salmon in the air fryer:
  1. Season salmon generously with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.
  2. Place salmon, skin-side down, into the air fryer basket.
  3. Using a basting brush, spread the Parmesan Mayo mixture evenly onto the fillet until fully covered. Do not spread too thickly.
  4. Close the air fryer lid.
  5. Turn on the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Add an extra 2 minutes for flakier or thicker salmon, but check at 10 minutes.
  6. Carefully remove the Parmesan-crusted salmon from the air fryer and serve.
