Method
- Drain tuna, add to a bowl, and mash finely with a fork.
- Add celery, onion, Greek yogurt, French mustard, salt, black pepper, and dill; mix well.
- Slice cucumbers lengthwise down the middle. Scoop out some of the insides with a spoon to create space for the tuna mixture.
- Scoop the tuna mixture onto the cucumbers and garnish with chopped green onion.

Ingredient Swap: I've found that if I'm out of fresh dill, a tablespoon of fresh chives or even finely chopped parsley adds a wonderful fresh note to the tuna mixture.
