Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then stir in spinach until wilted.
- Combine cooked chicken, sautéed spinach, artichokes, Greek yogurt, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Grease a baking dish. Pour the mixture evenly into it.
- Optionally, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly around the edges.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
