Method
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Brown the ground turkey for 10-12 minutes. Halfway through cooking, add 3 tablespoons of taco seasoning and combine well. Once the turkey is completely browned, remove it from heat and set aside.
- Prepare quick cilantro lime rice. Combine cooked rice, 1/4 to 1/2 juiced lime (adjust to taste), 1-3 tablespoons of chopped cilantro, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of black pepper.
- In each serving bowl, add greens, 4 ounces of cooked ground turkey, 1/2 cup of cilantro lime rice, 1/4 sliced avocado, 1/4 cup black beans, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, and 1/2 cup quartered cherry tomatoes.
- Top each bowl with Greek Yogurt Taco Sauce, salsa, sour cream, or your favorite creamy ranch dressing.
- Combine all ingredients well and enjoy. Top with additional cilantro and lime juice to taste.

Ingredient Swap: I've often used ground chicken or even plant-based crumbles instead of turkey, and they both soak up that taco seasoning beautifully.
