Method
- If using frozen shrimp, thaw and pat dry.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it begins to foam.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, just until fragrant.
- Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
- Squeeze in lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve hot.
