- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; place them in the baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until caramelized.
- Serve with extra sauce drizzled on top.
