  • 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup pure honey
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; place them in the baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth.
