Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon green goddess seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, eggs, and Green Goddess seasoning in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture onto a small or medium sheet pan and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes until browned, then let cool before using for sandwiches or wraps.
