Method
- Thaw the Angel Food Cake and cut it into 1.5-inch cubes.
- Heat vegetable oil over low-medium heat and fry the cake cubes until golden brown.
- Immediately transfer the golden brown cubes to a bowl with cinnamon and sugar and toss to coat, repeating the process until all cubes are finished.
- Whisk together 1 cup of powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of milk, then drizzle the mixture over the bites.
