Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Base
  • 2 cups cooked rice
Vegetables and Toppings
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • as needed salsa for topping

Method
 

  1. Season the shrimp with paprika and garlic powder.
  2. Cook the seasoned shrimp in a skillet for 3 to 4 minutes until done.
  3. Assemble your bowls. Place the cooked rice in the bottom of each bowl.
  4. Add the cooked shrimp, lettuce, corn, and black beans to the bowl.
  5. Top the bowl with salsa before serving.
