- Bake the strawberry cake in a greased 9x13-inch pan according to the package directions.
- Beat the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and half-and-half together in a medium mixing bowl.
- Poke holes throughout the warm cake, pour the milk mixture over the top, then cover and refrigerate overnight to cool completely.
- Beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla together just before serving until peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream mixture over the cake and garnish with fresh strawberries.

- After the cake is taken out of the oven, immediately poke holes in the cake using a chopstick, straw, or skewer.
