Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages Ramen Noodles flavor packets removed
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 pound shrimp deveined, tails on
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon salt more to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper more to taste
  • ½ cup chicken stock

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Set aside, adding a drizzle of oil or a pat of butter to prevent sticking.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat until frothy and bubbling stops. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp and spices to the garlic butter. Cook, stirring often, until the shrimp are fully cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add chicken stock and cooked ramen noodles. Toss to coat. Simmer for 1 minute to allow the sauce to become creamy and thick.
  5. Serve immediately and garnish with fresh herbs.
