Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups (960 ml) fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Steam the broccoli for 5 to 7 minutes until tender.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Toss the steamed broccoli in the garlic butter.
  4. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve immediately while warm.
