- Mix the chicken and teriyaki sauce in a bowl, stir thoroughly, and set aside.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the rice noodles according to the package directions.
- Microwave the tortillas for 30 seconds until softened.
- Assemble the wraps by placing one-sixth of the noodles in the center of each tortilla and topping with the chicken mixture, cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, green onions, and cilantro.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to secure the filling, then serve immediately with extra teriyaki sauce if desired.
