Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces Fat free cream cheese ½ brick, softened
  • 1 cup Fat free cottage cheese
  • ½ cup Hot sauce I used some from our favorite wing joint
  • ½ cup Reduced fat blue cheese crumbles
  • ½ Tablespoon Dry ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups Chicken breast cooked and shredded (or finely diced)
  • ½ cup Low fat mozzarella cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Lightly coat a small baking dish with non-stick spray, transfer the mixture to the dish, and top with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes until the dip is bubbly and the cheese has melted, then serve hot.
