- Combine chicken, celery, grapes, almonds, green onions, and parsley in a large bowl.
- Whisk Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, celery seed, salt, and black pepper in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until evenly coated.
