Method
- Melt butter in a small pot over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add honey, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce, then bring the pot to a boil.
- If using the sauce for baked or pan-fried chicken, fish, or pork, boil it for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- For a dipping sauce, boil for 4-5 minutes (total) until it lightly coats the back of a spoon. Remember, the sauce will thicken considerably as it cools.
