Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces halloumi cheese sliced
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 small cucumber julienned
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add halloumi slices and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Heat tortillas in a dry pan or microwave until pliable.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of sweet chili sauce on each tortilla. Layer with halloumi, salad greens, bell pepper, cucumber, and red onion.
  4. Roll the wraps tightly. Slice them in half if desired, and garnish with fresh herbs.
  5. Enjoy immediately, or wrap in foil for an easy on-the-go lunch.
