  • 1 1/2 cups Strawberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Ice Cubes

Method
 

  1. Stem and wash fresh strawberries. Slice the banana. Measure all ingredients and set them aside.
  2. Combine strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, and honey in a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes and blend again for a thicker consistency if desired.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices or a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness.
