  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup (30 g / 1 oz) chopped strawberries
  • 1/4 cup (45 g / 1.5 oz) blueberries
  • 1/4 cup (25 g / 0.9 oz) granola

Method
 

  1. Whisk the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla bean paste together until the texture is completely whipped and creamy.
  2. Spoon the sweetened yogurt into two tall glasses, mason jars, or bowls.
  3. Top the yogurt with chopped strawberries, blueberries, and granola or crushed cookies, adding an optional drizzle of honey and fresh mint, then serve immediately or refrigerate.
