Method
- Combine the seasonings in a small bowl. Lightly coat the chicken breast halves with oil and sprinkle the seasoning mixture over both sides. Set aside.
- Preheat a clean, greased grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 3 to 5 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm while it finishes cooking.
- Prepare the burger toppings. Mash the avocado in a bowl and add a squeeze of lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Place the grilled chicken on the bottom bun. Layer with cheese, mashed avocado, and desired toppings. Serve and enjoy.
