Method
- Mix the lemon juice, zest, mayonnaise, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Toss with the cooked chicken.
- If using, top with sliced almonds.
- Refrigerate for an hour for best taste, or serve immediately.
- Use your preferred fresh herbs, such as tarragon, chives, basil, and thyme.
