Method
- Combine the shredded chicken with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until well blended.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto one slice of garlic bread. Top with both mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, then place the second slice of garlic bread on top.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Grill the sandwich for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese melts.
- Remove from heat. Cut in half if desired, and enjoy warm.
