- Combine mayonnaise, onion, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, paprika, and salt in a small bowl, then whisk until thoroughly mixed.
- Cook ground beef in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Remove from heat, drain the fat, and stir in salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Divide salad among plates and top with ground beef, cheddar cheese, diced onion, and pickles. Drizzle with dressing, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve.

Dressing Flavor: I always try to whisk the dressing together first and let it chill in the fridge while I cook the beef because it gives those diced onions and vinegar time to really meld together
