  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup fresh berries
  • 1/3 cup granola
  • drizzle honey optional

Method
 

  1. Combine chia seeds and milk in a bowl. Stir to ensure all seeds are submerged and let the mixture sit for approximately 10 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.
  2. Assemble the parfait by layering Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and fruit, repeating the sequence as needed. Top with granola and a drizzle of honey if desired.
