- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté the asparagus, bell peppers, and green onions for 5-7 minutes until tender, then remove from heat and set aside.
- Whisk the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, then stir in the sautéed vegetables and shredded cheese.
- Pour the filling into the pre-made pie crust and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the quiche is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Cool the quiche for several minutes, then slice and serve warm.

Vegetable Preparation: I learned the hard way that skipping the skillet step leads to a soggy quiche, so I always make sure to cook out that extra moisture from the asparagus and peppers before adding
